I am involved in this project because:

I am involved in this project because… I want to introduce kids to the outdoors and the beautiful park and river—practically in their backyards! I hope this will spark a lifelong interest in outdoor activities and in protecting clean water and natural areas.
 

My best experience at Kickapoo so far is:

The kick-off dinner for this project where we met the kids who will be participating – we had a lot of laughs, and the energy was great. I’m really looking forward to working with everyone over the coming months.
