To upload a video:

1. Upload a video to YouTube. See instructions.

2. Go to the video's page on YouTube.

3. Copy the web address. It should look something like this:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=GS2sFvdmvV0

4. Paste the address into the box labeled "YouTube URL". 5. Complete the rest of the form and click "Submit this video".
